In 2022, my employer brand campaign out-performed every other global campaign, including “Predictions” which is Forrester’s most popular Brand + Demand campaign every year.


One of my employer brand goals was to increase native engagement by producing innovative content that keeps eyes and attention spans locked onto our social pages. We saw 4x engagement on this new content type – with employees sharing stories and increasing our reach.


After collaborating with HR, marketing, and the executive team, I built a successful employee approval process that allowed us a continuous stream of employee content to choose from. This allowed our content to showcase real employees as they became the “face” of our employer brand, dominating the engagements.
